Attached is the first favorable article about the housing market we've seen in a long time!  Please read it carefully and share it with your  family, friends, colleagues--everyone you meet. 
 
The article encourages, "It's time to get serious--before an inevitable rise in interest rates wipes out your advantage.  The thing that will make home prices stop falling is the very same thing that will push mortgage rates higher.  So anything you gain by a further drop in prices might be offset by rising financing costs." The article illustrates this scenario by highlighting today's home price with today's interest rate and monthly payment; compared to 12 months from now with a slightly lower home price, a higher interest rate and a monthly payment that is exactly the same! 
 
The message is clear: The time to buy is NOW!
